System characteristics

1、The density is adjustable with 1.3g~1.80g/cm3, which is superior to potassium formate brine;

2、The viscosity of the system is low and the apparent viscosity is 6-46mPa s, which is easy to pump;

3、The system has a lower crystallization point and the crystallization point is less than 0 ° C;

4、The system has strong resistance to CO2 corrosion, and the corrosion rate is ≤0.076mm/a at 150°C×4d×12.36MPa;

5、It is environmentally friendly and its biological toxicity is more than 32000mg/L, which meets the requirements of GB18420.1-2009 “Bio-toxicity of pollutants in offshore oil exploration and development Part 1: Classification”.
