System characteristics
1、The pH of the system is<3;
2、It has a good solubility for inorganic precipitation (The solution rate of CaCO3/MgCO3 is more than 99%);
3、 It has good solubility for organic scale (The degradation rate of organic macromolecule treatment agent is more than 95%);
4、The compatibility of various working fluids can be resolved, so that the permeability recovery value of Kd/Ko is more than 95%;
5、 It has good solubility for acid soluble temporary plugging materials, while the solubility rate is more than 95%;
6、 It has dissolution effect on the reservoir oil sand, so that the core permeability of Kd/Ko is more than 100%;
7、It has chelating concealment effect on various high valence metal ions in the working fluid to prevent the formation of secondary precipitation;
8、The invisible acid HTA in the completion fluid and the workover fluid is under-saturated relative to the acid-soluble substance. After 7 hours, all kinds of working fluids are neutral fluids and no return flow operation is required.
Application situation
The invisible acid completion fluid and workover fluid have been successively used in the JZ9-3, QK17-2, SZ36-1, QHD32-6, BZ2-5, WC13-1 and WC13-2 oilfields in Western South China Sea and Pinghu oilfields in Shanghai, Xinjiang Karamay oilfield of PetroChina, Dagang oilfield and Tanzanarol oilfield in Kazakhstan, which as perforating fluid, sand control filling fluid in completion operation and well killing fluid and completion fluid in workover operation that has reached 1000 wells. The result of oilfield production shows that this kind of completion fluid and workover fluid have obvious effect on protecting reservoir and increasing oil well production, while the oil well production has increased by 10-30% on average.
